I ain't never used a food processor before. Sounds fancy since it uses that electricity. We do have a vitamix though, that's one badass machine. Wheat berries in to flour, hooyah.

I have the 7-cup version, and it really is useful! I recently discussed the interest of investing in a set of extra blades that will extend the uses of the Cuisinart (sorry, in French):
